Information clause regarding data processing

GENERAL INFORMATION CLAUSE RELATING TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Based on Article. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data ) (Official Journal of the EU.L of 2016 No. 119, page 1) (hereinafter: "GDPR"), we inform you about the method and purpose for which we process your personal data, as well as about your rights under the provisions on the protection of personal data:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the Chinese Language Translator Karolina Kłopotek; address data: ul. Główna 6, 86-131 Jeżewo.

  2. The processed personal data is the name and e-mail address (required) and other data on which you consent to the processing (i.e. name, telephone number, etc.).

  3. Your personal data is processed for the purpose / purposes:

  • presenting an offer related to translations, i.e. document evaluation, booking a date,

  • fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR),
  • performance of concluded contracts (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR,

  • in other cases, your personal data is processed only on the basis of the consent granted to the extent and for the purpose specified in the consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).

  1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the applicable law, concluded contracts or your consent.

  2. We will use personal data until the objectives set out in point 3 are completed, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by the provisions of generally applicable law.

  3. Your data may be transferred:

    • public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law;

  4. Your data may be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.

  5. Your data will not go beyond the European Economic Area (including the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland).

  6. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

    • the right to request the Administrator to access personal data and receive a copy thereof;

    • the right to request the rectification (correction) of personal data in the cases referred to in art. 16 GDPR;

    • the right to request the deletion of personal data in the cases specified in art. 17 GDPR;

    • the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data in the cases specified in art. 18 GDPR;

    • the right to object to the processing of your personal data in the cases specified in art. 21 GDPR;

    • the right to transfer your personal data in the cases specified in art. 20 GDPR;

    • the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  7. If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the person to the processing of personal data (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This withdrawal does not affect the compliance of the processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, with applicable law.

  8. Providing your personal data by you is mandatory in order to provide the service / services offered.
